JULIE PATTEN was elected to the Council in June 2009. From 2017-201 she has was the cabinet support member for Children and Young People becoming a Cabinet Member in May 2021. Julie is also the councillor for Hilton on South Derbyshire District Council.

Julie moved to Etwall in 2001 from Derby, where she was a city councillor, and has experience locally as a parish councillor and school governor.
