Ashbourne County Councillor Steve Bull has been busy securing funding to support various projects across his division. This has included providing funding to Shirley Parish Council for a new bench, sponsoring a flower bed in Doveridge and providing a cheque of £200 to Brailsford and Community First Responders which will be used to purchase a vital life saving kit and allow the group to continue in assisting the work of the East Midlands Ambulance Service.

Additionally, Cllr Bull has worked with Derbyshire County Council to secure the transfer of the Playing Field on the Plain at Brailsford to the Parish Council and allow local people to consider it's future use.
