The new Leader of Derbyshire County Council, Councillor Barry Lewis, sets out his vision for the council over the next four years.

Cllr Lewis discusses the council's priorities including investment in adult social care, roads maintenance and helping young people into work.

He also highlights plans to support businesses and to bring tourists to the county.
