Long Eaton has been selected as one of two Derbyshire towns to be included in the Government’s £3.6 billion town centre fund with the potential of £25 million worth of investment for the area. Local County Councillors are working hard with partners and local businesses to push a key range of regeneration projects for Long Eaton. This includes renovating empty shops and properties on the high street, tackling congestion and improving public transport facilities for the town.
