"We are also putting a stop to plans to introduce parking charges in areas including Matlock Bath and will shortly be announcing a referendum in Chesterfield, giving people the opportunity to give their views on joining Sheffield City Region.
"We will reverse cuts to community transport to help support vulnerable people in isolated rural areas and will restart our innovative £30m care programme to provide new, modern care homes for the county's older people."
