We are seeing signs of the slash-and-burn policies of the Derby City Labour Group hitting the vital services of Derby City Families. Instead of cutting waste, duplication and bureaucracy they have chosen to salami slice important services for fear of upsetting their Union Paymasters.

Following a recent vote in Council to write to the Government to complain about the cuts and to ask for more money they have now washed their hands of the responsibilities of solving their own problems. Obviously they intend to tell the people of Derby that ‘their hands were tied, it’s not our fault we must blame the government.’

It will not take the people of Derby long to work out that the Derby Labour have betrayed them and their trust.

Derbyshire Labour, perhaps the most Left-Wing Militant Labour Group in the UK, who have committed to revel in the death of an elderly lady in her 80’s, take for granted that the electorate of Derbyshire will back them in 2013. They have already stated in public that they will back a similar disastrous course of action for the county. They will no doubt damage key services that we have sought to protect and go back to wasteful indulgences that hark-back to the shocking borrowing and spending policies of their last government.

If Derby Labour is setting the example you can take it as read: it would be far worse under Derbyshire Labour.
