Free Family Fun Day 21st August 2019 Grant Assistance

Derbyshire County Councillor for Sawley Cllr Kewal Singh Athwal along with Councillors  Alan Griffiths, Garry Hickton and Robert Parkinson have jointlygiven £1000 from the DCC Members Community Leadership Scheme towards the cost of the "FREE Family Fun Day" held on the events field at West Park on 21st August 2019 between 12.00 noon to 5.00pm.

This free family fun has been organised by "The Rotary Club of Long Eaton with Interactors" for the residents of the greater Long Eaton area.

Councillor Kewal Singh Athwal said:

"It is a great way for families, especially young children from our area to have a fun filled day with lots of activities for people of all ages and we all are very pleased to have been able to assist this wonderful event".
